What you need to know

WE ALWAYS TAKE PAYMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CO-PAYS AND DEDUCTIBLES, AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

We have lots of payment options (see below) to make taking care of any bills as easy as a swipe or a click.

We participate with many major and minor insurance carriers:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Century,
CompBenefits, Coventry, Coventry Advantra, Eyemed/Surrency, FMH, Freedom Network, Medicaid/Kancare,
Medicare, Medicare Railroad, PCHS, Preferred Health, Principal, Superior Vision Services, Tricare,
United HealthCare, UMR, Vision Care Direct, and VSP

If yours is not listed, please contact your insurance company to verify whether we are a preferred provider.

THE FINE PRINT

We know this may not apply to you, but just in case, here are some of the finer points. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 returned check fee. If there is a balance on your account, we'll send you a monthly statement by mail, and as long as you pay by the first of the following month, you won't have to worry about any service or late fees. 

If no payments are made on your account balance for 90 days, then a $50.00 collection fee will be assessed and the account turned over for collection. Accounts turned over will be responsible for collection costs, including but not limited to collection fees, court costs, and attorney fees.
